Ball Handling - Routine, coordination, feel, moves, explosiveness and improve your ability to change directions while utilizing combo moves that make you unguardable
Conditioning - Maintain, improve your ability with speed, agility and quickness
Shooting - Foundation to becoming a better shooter, the form and footwork needed, proper way to improve release and how to incorporate the dribble. Learn how to shoot with game speed and game life. Shoot stationary, off the dribble or off the move
At the Rim - Layups and Finishing, 1 on1 competitive drills and how to protect the ball and finish at a higher rate, various finish moves, floaters, reverse, finish like Lebron, Kyrie, Breanna Stewart just to name a few
Passing - Ability to pass with any hand. Techniques to perform anytime of passing
Offense - How to space, timing, passing, and cuts needed to get open and . How to utilize screens, what they are for and how to set them
Individual Defense and Rebounding - How to improve movement on and off-ball. Learn how to close-out and move feet, hips, push step and improve overall fundamental skills
Develop your weak hand - Improve your ability to use your weak hand with ease, rather finishing at rim, utilizing the dribble
Post Finishes - Rather you're a big or guard this is for you. Some of the guards in the game today have the best post moves
Ball Screen - How to utilize ball screens to keep your defender off balance, rather you are setting screens or using them to learn all the techniques that today’s players use
Team Work - Learn how to play with other players and what to do when you are a part of a team structure
Life Skills - Learn the life skills need to be an effective player. What do coaches want in each player and how do you get notice
Defense - Individual movement and team movement. How to play and what skills do you need to be effective on defense.
Camp Instructor and Expert:
Coach Corey Laster is former Head Women's Basketball Coach at Colorado Christian University in Lakewood Colorado.
Laster has been a collegiate coach for the last 21 years, dating back to 2000 where he started his career at his alma mater, Taylor University (NAIA) in Indiana. Laster ran a successful program at Taylor from 00'-03' (51-31). Member of University Hall of Fame
From 07'-10' Corey Laster took the assistant coaching position at Bucknell University in Lewisburg, PA, a NCAA DI level university. Winning a conference championship. Wanting to become a head coach once again, Laster claimed the UCCS Women's Basketball program from 10'-14'. Coach Laster was a part of the RMAC for four years building a strong program for the Mountain Lions.
He has tremendous experience and knows what it takes to be a successful. He has coached several All American's and All Conference Players. He has coached at almost every level of collegiate basketball. Division 1, 2, 3 and NAIA.

Soccer - September
All practices/games will take place indoors in the fantastic BEAST facility. Wednesday Evenings and Saturday Mornings (dependent on number of registrants)
Volunteer Coaches are needed to run the league and help young children learn about the sport and have fun!

These leagues are designed to be a non-competitive introduction to the sport with a focus on coordination, motor skills, game awareness and FUN!
Practices and Games will be scheduled together on the same day. 20 minutes of practice and then 20 minutes of game time.
Shin-Guards are required to play in the league!
